Being the first skipping session after a month away, I decided to work more intensely on building up my stamina again by doing straight skips for ten minutes at a time. It was more difficult because of the long break I had taken from it, but by the end of the hour and a half, it had become much easier once again. I managed to work through some other styles of skipping to make it more interesting, such as criss-cross, running-skip, and backwards tricks.
